Blackhall Group was founded out of a necessity that came to be in August 2017 when Hurricane Irma hit the Caribbean Islands, St Martin, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago and others. It was founded because of many people having lost their homes and many other properties.

The idea was to bring funds together and start an investment and forex/futures trading firm that would turn out profitable and be able to invest in construction projects to help out people that had lost everything but their lives, during the Hurricane. Having a very difficult start because of the lack of empathy and cooperation by many government officials and financial firms and institutes in the region, it survived barely because of the intense resistance it had to endure from these same organizations.
